If you have never purchased anything from our online store, you can choose to save your information after check out and create an account.
Your contact, billing and shipping information is then saved for you in a secure and private account to make your future shopping faster and more convenient.
(You may want to make a note of your password in a secure place.)The next time you visit us to shop, simply use the user id and password you provided at registration
to access your account. Then you will be able to view and manage your personal information or track your order status and delivery
Returns and Exchanges

Cozy Down wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund, merchandise exchange or credit.
Down comforters, down pillows, bed linens, mattresses and
Miele vacuums may be exchanged or retuned under the following
conditions:
- Manufacturer's defects.
- Customer must receive a Return Authorization number
(RA #) issued in writing by Cozy Down.
- RA #’s may be issued up to the 10th calendar
day after receipt of goods.
- Exchanges and returns will occur only upon receipt and
inspection of the goods by Cozy Down.
- Goods must be returned in clean and sanitary condition
and in its complete and original packaging.
Bath towels and other products not mentioned above: All sales
are final.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to the order you place here at our Cozy Down website or with our telephone Customer Service representatives if you are shipping your order to a destination in CA.
